Walleye and Bass up here in NY. Fish Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, both have some monster fish. I stick with mono lines, but occasionally run a braid when I'm running deep trolling for walleye. Bait choices change with the seasons here, but a nightcrawler rigged with a splitshot a few feet up works about year round. Jigs seem to pull Bass out most of the year.

Well I only get to go a bout twice a year but my fishing is done in the Gulf of Mexico. We go out 50-60 miles west of Bradenton, Fl and beat up the grouper, snapper and amber jack for a couple days. We catch all kinds of stuff so you never know what you're going to pull up.

I'm a little spoiled too because my uncle lets us take his boat even if he isn't with us. This is close to what he has but this one doesn't have the tuna tower on it and it's not set up for marlin.

It has 2 turbo diesels too.

And we got it all... Here in VA we got all the common fresh water fish (bass large and small, bluegill, catfish, ect)

And we can catch just about any fish you can find on the east coast at different times of the year including Cobia, Rockfish (Stripped Bass), Bluefish, Tog, Shark, Marlin, Tuna, Spanish Makral, ect.

i fish in a local lake for just about anything, and when i say anything i mean it. from catfish, gar, largemouth, smallmouth, crappie, titty brim, striper, and in some accidents goose. The tools i use for fishing is from Quantam, Abu Garcia, Bass Pro shops, and Pflueger, and pinncale. A lil secret weapon i use down here is a zoom yellow trick worm.
