That is total BULL ****! Won't affect me as I plan to never visit that sewage hole. A empty brass is no different than a pencil. I would say almost all my vehicles have some .22 brass in them. If they get felonies against everyone then no one can own a gun.

The pencil is more dangerous than a piece of brass
