i've got a 2001 cummins, interested in putting a smarty on it. what kind of power am i lookin at.

The only smarty for your truck is the Smarty VP. The Smarty Jr and CR are for 03 and up trucks.
The Smarty for the vp trucks dosent have a way to "tap" the wire. While it does make a world of diffrence In spool up and throttle response and in my opinion works great on a big charger daily driver. While running the smarty you'll make say around 45 Less rwhp in top end (although mainly with major upgrades) .

 

im lookin to make between 550-600 hp, what pump, injectors, chip/box, and turbo would u suggest

 

I've made 595 fuel only and 636 on water.
Mach 6's (a 200-220 horse stick) or DDP's (NOT A CHEAP INJECTOR the injector is what makes it work)
66 with your choice of exhaust housing HTT or II Charger
Fass 150
SO-VP44
Drag Comp Or Adrenaline (I made more with drag comp)
4 or 5 Inch Exhaust
Water Kit

 

i've already got the exhaust, what am i lookin at spendin on the rest of the parts
