Well got a letter in the mail today saying I'm being sued over this damn truck. Supposidly I never payed the loan off they are telling me and the truck has been sitting in storage since this happened. The insurance company want me to pay $5500 in storage fees because they never got the title. I had to give them the damn title to get the check to pay off the damn truck. So now I get to talk to my lawyer, get all info of when I payed it off and try to find my copies of the papers I signed when I thought this all was done. I swear this damn truck is haunting me. I called the insurance company and told them if I have to give them $5500 for storage I'm getting my damn truck back. Looks like a great way to start off this year.

This damn truck just wont go away. I got another tax bill for it in the mail last week saying I still own it. According to the courthouse its still in my name. I'm in the proccess now of trying to locate it and find out what the deal is with the whole mess. Hey maybe I'll get it back LMFAO!!! I really do miss it especially since I've been turning wrenches on my brothers freinds. Miss the sound of that Cummins rumbling to life in the morning.

If they give you the runaround, just contact the state insurance commisioner. Insurance companies will generally pull their heads out when they're contacted by the commish.
