Default Miracle Cure For Pooh Smell In Seat

dont laugh it could happen to you!

I have to sit in a tow truck for 12 hours a day. the day driver of the truck has serious hygene issues and the seat in the truck smells like a$$ so bad it could gag a friggen maggot. whats worse after sitting in it the smell sticks to your pants and invades the seat in your personal vehicle and anywhere else you sit.

i remember this happening to a truck driver i know and i thought it was kind of funny till it happened to me. i would get out on a call and could smell this other guys a$$ smell stuck to me when the wind blew the right way. i was absolutly mortified that customers could prob smell it too. my boss was too gutless to do anything about it, and i tried spraying the seat with fabreeze, industrial citrus deoderizer, even odour eaters foot powder, nothing worked!

I was chatting with a bunch of cab drivers i know, and brought up my little problem. most of them laughed at me but one guy who owns his cab said to spray it with lysol. i sort of smiled and nodded and thought it prob wouldnt work.

WOW LYSOL FIXED THIS SMELL WHICH ALMOST DROVE ME INSANE, THAT CABBIE IS MY HERO!!!

I sprayed it ONCE and it was almost gone. I soaked the crap out of the seat before i went home as the human pig was off that day, next day smell was completely gone!!

I have the same problem with the street sweepers at the city.

If he would just shower/wipe/do laundry properly this wouldnt be an issue. I guess he has had this problem for years according to a few of the guys that worked with him at another company. Somehow he has managed to get a woman which is completely perplexing to me! I pick him up at his home in the morning and as soon as he sets foot in the truck i can smell him. i dont know how he cant smell himself/know that it is wrong. hes a big guy and i know when you work you sweat, but it is winter for christ sake!

Another reason why to have leather, or vinyl, seats.

Hard to believe fabreeze failed, cause when my cat takes a dump & stink up the house, I use fabreeze to clear the air

i know fabreeze works good but it wouldnt even touch it. it was extra strength too. the odour eaters powder actually made the biggest difference prior to my lysol epiffany
