My truck was left over night, wasn't till next day when I was walking to it and seen this pin wire thing hanging out of the hole they put it. I don't know if they used a screwdriver but something like that. Posted pictures of it in the 1st thread.

I am the kind of gal if someone
has the ***** to try to harm in me in anyway,I would do what ever it takes to keep safe.......
Ya know I never keep anything in the open for someone to see.
I always put my toys away or in my purse for that reason....
I had one person tell me thefts are big into stealing the heated seats or getting the truck and selling for parts...

I understand you not wanting a gun, truth is that guns to not kill people. PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE.
In Texas, you are in the minority if you are not packing. That is one of the reasons road rage is pretty high. But it also one of the reasons that I feel safe driving the truck that I drive. (I can protect it and my family while in it). Also in Texas you have the right to protect your property by using deadly force. That means you come in my house, you better be invited or you are probably leaving in a bag that zips all the way up.
Shoot to kill or don't even carry, 3 in the chest 2 in the had make sure they are really dead. Zip em up while filling them with lead.
Criminals as a whole are not stupid, they realize that the person that they are violating may shoot at them. So they are probably packing also. I would be willing to bet that you would not take a knife to a gunfight..
The reason for guns are simple to protect....no other reason or explanation is needed.

I guess it never went off then? your alarm or how did you find out that it attempted break in.. or maybe thats what stopped them..

Yea some parts of Canada are safe, but there are murders and robberies and theft, alot to do with drugs here. missing people.. hookers like we were discussing earlier..( 26 missing) from a pig farmer.chopped them up and feed them to his pigs....most of the shows I watch host your state like 48 hours and cop shows.
Its a big state though, theres sure to be stuff going on.
The gun laws are so different though. We cant have guns, unless there registered for hunting,and shooting targets.
I dont really see the point in having them for anything else..
Not saying people dont break the law and have illegal guns, cause there is some , mostly drug related though....
I suppose if you need a gun, to protect your self there. then go for it. just dont kill anybody...shoot them in the knee maybe..

I have a shot gun under my bed and a hand guns on both side of the bed...
I worry bad about someone trying to break in. I have small cow bells on my door ***** and windows.
I hate living alone but I don't won't a roomate either.

Stupid people. Sorry about your truck Angie. I've had my house hit by paintballers twice in the past three weeks so I'm pretty po'ed right now myself. I was on the computer when I heard them hitting the house, ran outside barefooted and jumped the fence only two see the tailights in the distance. No damage but a real inconvience wiping off 12 pink splattered shots. Heaven help them if I ever catch them, not from me but by my wife.

I have a sign in my yard with a german sheppard on it that says "we can get to the gate in 3 sec can u??"
can't always have a dog with you all the time. and earlier I posted here we had two girls who were kidnapped and murderd and be headed. they both had large dogs with them.

But back to the thread my truck was in down town atlanta in the city witch is were i rarely ever go to just at the wrong place and wrong time that's all....

So when someone is breaking into my house while me and my family sleep I'm supposed to leave because I should stay away from them? People with guns isnt an issue. People who choose to use them to rob or harm other people is. Criminals look for YOU and not the other way around. Heaven help the individual that tries to enter my home uninvited with unlawful intentions. Like Aaron said, he will be leaving in a bag that zips all the way up.
