Those are super re-enforced concrete walls. I'll bet they are even more re-enforced than the typical interstate barriers.

... anyway, it's not your typical subdivision block wall or even some subdivisions are making styrofoam walls. (They look good while the builder is still building houses in the subdivision.)

Second Video- why the heck would you ever think of jumpping out of your vehicle in such conditions. the 2 people that tried might be the dumbest people i have ever seen. the one person could have been killed by the person behind her. this video almost should be in the bad lands so we can say what what we really think of those people.
