i dont know about where your at but around here as long as you stay from 35-20% cops dont even care...if you dont care....I would go 2.5% back window 5% all four side windows and leave the windshield, at least if you actually drive your truck at night, but deff. tint 'em

 

well, right now all i want to do is get the front sides done, im happy with the rear 3 windows the way they are now, and dont plan to tint those yet

 

is your back window tinted at all? if it is i would still go 5 on the front sides it will make it dark enough inside that your other windows will seem way darker than they are

 

i just had mine tinted i like it. the only thing i dont like is the backing up to trailers at night cause i cant see nothing. i have to roll the window down to see.

 

what percent did you get them tintied at and do you have pics?

 

remember that the tint will get lighter over time! It dose make it hard backin trailers !

 

Around Illinois, State cops got a hard on for anything more then stock tint. One of there own came up headless some years back. He walked up to a car and the shotgun blast came right through the tinted window.

I like the looks but I had to take my rear tint off for movin things around after dark. Especially this time a year when it's already dark midway through the day on an ovecast day. I got tickers on the back windows now so you can't look in at the back seat without some effort. I keep a good amount of tools and equipment back there.

 

this confuses me, we got a warning to take ours off. but what about limos and ghost cars they have theres tinted.. wtf, is the problem, we havent taken it off btw what can they do, just give us a fine? and what is the limit on the tint. ? cause the front isnt as dark as the back...
