My Truck, "COAL TRAIN"

Photobombing the thread with photos of what happened in the week...
C9.25" has been removed...
C9.25" vs D80
D80 in place, my pit crew wondering what to do next...
D80 looks like it was there from the beggining
This is what's going on now, D44 has been pulled out and D60 is getting ready to go in

Results are in...
and they are... blown head gasket...
guess boosting close to 100psi without fire rings doesn't make sense ???
And i don't know if i should say my isspro are lying...
Some may say i don't have the fuel for it, but i pulled my trailer close to 300 miles with EGTs close to 1200°F and fuel pegged back with the AFC so it wouldn't boost more than 10-20psi...
Injectors are supposed to be 5x.016 but i'm leaning towards the thought of them being 5x.018...
Hazed a little out from the stacks, but made it in one piece...
Decided to add more fuel by releasing the spring in the afc by turning the starwheel...
results were.... a quick boost spike of 100psi and a following boom with tons of white smoke coming from the stack
when it was hot it would turn over and run for a few seconds.... after it cooled down it wont start.... just haze some white smoke out the stacks and stay dead...
Took my Jetta TDi home with wife driving.... flying back next weekend with a gasket in my bag... a set of stock head bolts hoping my studs are okay...
When i get the truck home... it's fire ring time - no questions asked... and try to peg boost back @ 80-85psi...
Looks like i have a hell of a daily

Yes and no...
I'm going to use this winter to pull the body off the frame and refurbish a few things...
Truck should then be better than new...
Truck will get painted to match the trailer and my racing Honda will be painted in the same scheme...
