First clean the hell out of it, and THEN spread out a pound of coffee on a big plate, roll up the windows and as said earlier,, let it sit in the sun for a day or so.

Used to drive big trucks and sometimes carried boxes of cattle and pig remains headed for the hotdog factory. Trailer smelled like .....um.......gee...........well,..........like death warmed over. Real nasty. After steam cleaning, the smell lingered for weeks unless we used a couple of three pound cans of coffee spread all over. Worked every time.

Still don't eat hotdogs though...................

I'm with the GWDriver, clean the truck very good steam clean the seats and floors then let dry and then use coffee grounds. Just make sure to not spread them on the carpet and keep them on a plate or in a bucket. Coffee grounds work great but will make the truck smell like coffee (obviously).
