If you got ahold of some wheel acid, it would clean that break dust right off. Stuff we use at the shop is made by Car-Brite. Good stuff. Spray some on the wheels, go around the vehicle, then spray the wheels with a pressure washer and they will be spotless.

 

try white diamond polish it has been the best stuff ive ever used it runs about 15 dollars a bottle but its well worth it

 

you can also use a bucket of soapy water like Dawn, and use SOS pads from like walmart i used it on my rims i had on my old 86 ford diesel it made em shine!
