what are your plans for the u joint guards around the transfer case? if your going to connect them to the rear they have to be able to move as the suspension travels, other wise your gonna either bend or break the mounting bolts.

Wow! What a good read! Great looking truck, and I'm sure it'll perform as well as it looks.
Now, of ALL the things you've done to your truck, the only thing that I'm curious about is what type of paint you used on the manifold/turbine housing? I'm just guessing you did it on the truck, so I assume it's out of a can and not a gun?

Thanks a bunch guys! As for updates they're arent many Being basicly laid off from work has put my fun money to other priorites... But I have managed to do 2 things but only have a pic of one so far It was cheap and an experiment that turned out pretty well IMO
As for the manifold and turbo, yes it was painted on the truck and that was another experiment that turned out too. I basicly got the housing and manifold as clean and smooth as possible then I used normal ol VHT Hi-Heat Header paint in gray covered up some stuff and painted her up. Then followed the directions on the can to bake it on. Still looks good till this day.
