Project Resurection P-Pump
dont do the stainless. Rusts underneath and you cant get it off. I have them on my 01 and hate them. Same goes for the trim pieces that fit on top of the wheel wells.
Id do linex if possible.

Dad found out the same thing with the wheel trim, they are just catch all pieces of junk. As for the stainless yes I have seen it go both ways... But the set I have has the complete back of them covered in 3m stick'um so im not worried about crap and moisture getting behind them as well this truck will not be driven in winter and not very much in the rain...
More progress... Stainless rocker trim was some beautiful stuff that fit awesome! Made the install go trouble free. Just prepped the rockers with wax and grease remover and a healthy dose of rubbin alcohol. Turned out great!

Also got my new hitch, worth every penny IMO!

Also started on my sled stops today as well. I used 2x2x1/4" square tube and 2x1/4" flat stock foe the end caps

Ha nooooo, I had it that high so I could measure off of the back of the box to the front of it so I could get a good idea on how far to get the sled stops out
The hitch was 32" in that pic! The clevis part can be run either way btw for a total of 18 different heights

cool, I was really hoping you were not gonna hook with it like that
