Saw this before and actually talked to the guy. He did win his lawsuit.

What is sad is if the Dodge is stock the Chevy should have at least 70 hp advantage.

yeah he used the video for his case against GM, from what i know is they he had a LLY motor and overheated a lot and GM gave him a new motor and told him here "overheat this" so he did. all of the conditions were nothing more than what the truck should of handled, but it couldn't handle it. and some other stuff happened im not 100% what so im not gonna say anymore.

but the guy in the video is the only guy who does make the fix for overheating lly. if there is a guy with a lly who is claiming theirs don't over heat, they just haven't used their truck to the full potential yet. probably the reason why the LLY motor was only made for the short period of time it was, then came the LBZ

Thats great! My uncle's buddy has an LLY and it overheated towing 4 sleds in a 24' V-nose inclosed up to New York. Guess thats why they take my uncles 8.1L now.

Dang,he was getting annoyed because he couldn't keep up with the dodge. And the dodge was probably hauling more weight than him.I wonder what his next truck will be?
