Default I've been bored

So the past few weeks without my truck have really sucked. About 3 nights ago I couldn't take it any more, so I pulled my truck in my landlords shop and got busy. My buddy hooked me up with a quad recon, with fuel pressure, decided to ahead since I have the time to run an overhead, so in the process I broke out the paint. I've have officially reached the "mister way to proud of Texas Guy" status, figured I would let yall check it out. The pictures don't do it justice, it looks better in person, but on the crap side, the lift pump that was replaced a week before I bought the truck is of course a piece, 0 to 1 psi at idle . but hey my valve cover is pretty now.

And a big thanks to Emp1134 for helping me drink beer while the work was going on!

Thanks guys, that makes me feel better. Just about the time I think I have things worked out, the bottom falls out of it. I'm not giving up though, I dont care if I replace everything I'm going to make a solid truck out of this one. Kinda like a girlfriend, the ones that cause problem are the ones you wont let go of.
