Default Undercoating underbody?

When I first got the truck new from the dealer I was told it had just had some applyd and it seems to be rusting down there. Where are some places I can get it done real cheep? Any ways I can do it on my own?

Really depends on what kind of undercoat your looking for.

If you want the ashphalt type stuff you can spray it on yourself. Due to your location I assume there is a fiar bit of rust under the truck. You might want to hit the underside with Rustbullet before the undercoating.
