Take away their TV's All the stuff they get to keep in there cells. No exercise equipment out side. And let them have nothing but a cot to sleep on.

I went through the police academy in 95 right after 2 years of college. I was just turning 21 at graduation. I had a city put me through and I had a job lined up. As we were going though the child abuse and domestic abuse training is when I decided that I was not mature enough to be a cop. I was like you, afraid I would kill someone in the middle of the night on a domestic call.
