yes it has bed liner on it. he has had some one hit a tree doing 30 with one and not hurt it a bit. so must be pretty stong. i am realy happy with the way it looks on the truck.

a guy in fayettville. done real good work curtis. u need on on the front of yours. evan at backwoodsbumpers.com was a pretty cool guy. we stood arund sooting the bull for probably 30 minutes after it was put on. install was a perfect fit. took like 5 minutes to put it on, and that was just putting the bolts in. of course the stocker was mia at the time we showed up any how.
