ive seen a few of those same trucks in vegas at the Sema shows, they build them to showcase merchandise, AWESOME looking vehicles there were a few lifted and lowered Kodiaks as well.

When you have that much $$$ to waste, it isnt an issue, although they still ******* complain about it...
Must have quite a jack on the camper to lift it up to hitch height in the bed....ohh...wait a second....
