Simple green works pretty good, but this orange stuff we had at work worked the best. I just can't remember the name of it.

Haha yeah your probably right. I dont know much about the stuff all i know is its powerful and it works. You can always tell which spots i cleaned in the garage with it because it makes the oil spot on the cement whiter than the whole rest of the garage .

use you moms ajax she uses to wash he pots and pans with. just scrub it in with a stiff brush. that what they use in off shore sea clean ups on animals to get it off them trust me it work i have to do it like every week

It may remove it from animals but removing from concrete is much more difficult because concrete is porous and absorbs the oil. It will take it off the surface and lighten it. To get concrete clean from oil stains is tough if its been there a while or if the concrete is very porous.
