Doesn't always work that way around here. Yrs ago I had a truck I bought when I lived in Dallas. It was tinted at the dealership. Nothing too dark. After I moved back to IA I was on a 2 lane. Highway Patrol had someone pulled over, and the cop's backside was in the traveled portion of the road (My lane). Nothing was coming from the other direction, so I pulled out in the oncoming lane to go around him. A couple of miles down the road, he is in the rear view mirror w/his lights on. Roll down the windows as I stop. He comes up and says "I noticed your windows were a little dark when you went past." Felt like saying, "You were lucky to notice anything since your @$$ was in the road. Lucky you didn't get run over." But I didn't. I was a nice guy and kept my mouth shut and got a $20.00 ticket.

 

so how the heck did he see you then rod.....

 

$20 for a tint ticket?!

Yea mine are all scratched to hell. Dodge has a TSB out on this..... Come summer I'm gonna see if the tint company will warrenty it....
