Bobby, good excuse to get custom paint job. I hit a ladder in the road one day in the big truck, that guy was backing up on the shoulder to come pick it up and I was watching him. Didn't see the ladder til it was too late. He was MAD. Should've kept the ladder in the back of the truck instead of the middle of the highway I guess

That sucks man,

Same thing happened to my wife less than 12 hours after we traded her big ole Navigator in for a little ole Lexus. Except my wife had the concrete wall and a semi, not to mention our 2 daughters and 2 nephews with her.

She panicked and chose to try to slow down enough to let the truck pass and go around. In the meantime she was rear ended causing a 5 car chain reaction accident. Good thing is no one was hurt, bad thing was the 7,500 damage to her 12 hour old car. It was in the repair shop 8 weeks, we made 2 payments on it and she put less than 80 miles on it at the time of the accident. If it was one day earlier she could have ran the ladder over in the Navigator but the Lexus would have been really a bad thing. Probably worse than what happened.

That sucks man.. I got one better for you though... parked my truck out in front of the hotel where we had my wedding, the NIGHT of the wedding, someone hit it and destroyed the entire drivers side of the bed, the tailgate, and the rear bumper... I got it fixed (yay for insurance!) then a week later, some kid hit the drivers side door while riding his bike. I still haven't gotten the door fixed. Don't really have an extra $500 for a deductible laying around. Sorry to hear about it bro!

i would have at least picked up the ladder and hauled it in for scrap aluminum! prolly $30 worth of dent repair, or a round to take your mind off things sorry to hear about the dent though!
