from the bell housing to the output shaft and from the dip stick to the tranny pan it was completely stock.

So with the programmer what do you think the dealership is going to say when they see it needs a replacement?

 

They are replacing everything 100% no questions asked. Apparently when we got some work done on it at another dealership, they screwed the whole thing up and it basically ate itself.

We had been having problems for some time now and it had nothing to do with the smarty.

I haven't minded though... I've been driving the 89 all week. LOTS of fun, but no radio... That's the only crappy part. I have really enjoyed finding the idiot in the left lane doing 10 mph under the speed limit because they are blabbing away on their cell phone and filling their entire car up with black smoke. That definitely makes up for the lack of a radio!

 

maybe your lead foot ate it up.... maybe if you back off of it any drive like a normal human you wouldnt have that problem...
o by the way i still havent seen ya at a stoplight yet...

 

You just wish that you had the driving talent that I do. And every other vehicle I have ever owned or driven had been capable of handling my driving abilities. I would fully expect the 06 to do the same. It's not my fault that the mechanic was an idiot.

. i hear all talk an no action...... an i aint hiding or scared cause i already know whats going to happen.... the cummins is goin to beat me i already relize that.
