It was last Thursday night me and a large group of friends were at Buffalo Wild Wings. I left them in the parking lot at about 10:30 to go home i was tired and had to work the next morning. I get a call from my friend Travis at 2:00 AM He says " Chris are you near your truck" I say im in bed He says " are you sober" I say yes.... What's up? He said that his car drove itself into a ditch. At this point i ask if he is sober and he says yes. Turns out after I left them some of them went to a strip club and after leaving the strip club Travis pulled up next to my friend Chad to talk to him. apparently he was standing in front of his open door with the car running as it jumped into drive the doors locked and then his door hit him locking him out of his own car it drove the 50 or so feet where it jumped the curb and went into a ditch. I tried pulling him out and made it about 10" till the frame hit the curb. after that I lost traction. So I called my dad to come help out (remember its now about 2:45 AM and im tired and I just woke him up. He gets there we both hook on actually I never unhooked because it would have slid back into the ditch. So he hooks on and we end up breaking a chunk of the curb off and he comes free. So my friend is grateful and the body of his car is only a little tweaked and he has no muffler. Long story
short don't own a car.

Dang dude.. getting locked outta your ride is bad enough, let alone your ride driving away on its own..

 

 

No really officer it drove away all by it self. That's funny at least you got him out with only minor damage.

He said his car doors automatically lock when its put in gear.
