Ashley has gone for the night but i'll answer the fuel psi question....i'm worried about it only showing 9psi at idle and on 5x5 WOT it pulled to 0psi even with it set on stock at anything above 75% throttle it pulled down to 3psi
would love to hear yall's diagonisis of the problem....i'm sayin that the lift pump is probaly shot....allready checked the banjo bolt and its not leaking any there
noticed during the install that the truck has a rebuilt injector pump which looks very new so i'm thinkin that the lift pump went out and killed the VP and the previous owner took it in and they replaced the VP but didnt do anything about the pump figuring that the VP was the only problem
other then the fuel psi problem she loves the chip

The easiest way to fix and the cheapest is to do apusher pump back by the tank like a holley blue(100.00 bucks) or get a new lift pump and the relocation kit to put it back by the tank. I did a holley blue and fuel pressure is not an issue. I would get it fixed asap or that fairly new vp44 wont be new anymore. You need to stay above 10 spi all the time. I dont se less than 14 on mine an no more than 21. Hope it helps.

You need to adress the fuel supply.....I have installed prolly around 20 Fass II pumps and have great confidence in them, resulta yield a minium of 12 psi constant fuel supply even on heavily fueled trucks. this is very important as the cooling and lubricity of that circulating fuel is very important for both the VP44 and the CP3
I would also take a strong look at the Walbro although I have zero experience with them
