Default 5/26/08 wash and some pics

Well guys, its been a good year since i gave my truck a GOOD hand washing, usually just ran it through the car wash or used the nozzle at the car wash. Late night it was such a nice night i went out and decided to wash it by hand. I found a LOT of contaminants on the paint so i washed it 2x and cleaned up the underbody, wheel wells, as well as any other surface i could get a good aim at. I ended up taking around 3 hours to do it, which i didnt mind as it looks a TON better now. I have yet to tackle the inside, or even put a fresh coat of polish or wax on it yet. This was purely a wash and very light detail. Anyway, heres the pics

The floor of the bed of your truck looks as shiny as the outside of the truck. You know it's made for hauling stuff don't you?

Good looking truck, it cleans up well.

Looks very nice! I got my truck back from the body shop today (fixed one of the doors, now I gotta fix two of them with small dings) I can't wait to get those dings fixed again. I like how clean it is now.

In my LMC Truck book the doors are 400 a piece and if you want to get adventurous, they have lower door skin panels just for 70!

dang, if i were you, id go to a junk yard, pull yourself some good doors for around 300 bucks for both and then go have a body shop paint match them to your truck. It just takes some time playing out in the yard, i know theres a good set from a green one in my local yard.

love the truck btw, looks streetable but yet mean

I think its the stance... I wanted to ask you what you thought of your tires? I like the way they look. What kinda mileage do you think you will get out of them?
