If you have the Dodge line, it will work on a Ford front output master cylinder, I believe. The Dodge master should be a twist lock style, so you could possibly make a twist lock plate that bolts up to the Ford firewall....

When I did mine, I was dumb and cut the dodge line only to find out that it would have worked if I had the front output master instead of the bottom out that my 2wd was originally equipped with. I ended up splicing the Ford and Dodge lines using brass compression couplers for plastic air line with a pipe coupler between them (becuase the Dodge and Ford lines are different thicknesses/IDs and needed different inserts and collars). It took forever to bleed out finally, but I haven't had a problem with it since. Not the best route, but possibly an option.

Or you could contact a place that makes heavy duty hydraulic clutch systems (like South Bend or someone else in the HD clutch department) and see if they can fab a hybrid line with the Ford master insert and Dodge slave insert...

thanks alot for your input i cant find a w250 clutch line ANYWHERE. so im gunna try buying a line for a 2nd gen dodge and seeing if that works. If it doesnt im gunna go your route. Thanks again.

where did you get your fittings to do the connection? nowhere sells just the line for dodges not even a newer one like a 96. BS in my opinion but i figured i can buy another for and use the piece that fits for the master and the other to the slave. I just need to figure out what size fittings they use. i think its 5/16 cause 3/8 is too big and 1/4 is too small.

Got the clutch bled, p/s quarter panel back on, hx35 turbo on, IC pipes, Rad Core support on, IC pipes on, and mounted the IC and Radiator.

Gotta buy batteries... and it should start

okay so i have been neglecting my post for a while... as of now the truck runs amazing!! i got it started got a battery box made up and i started to clean up the wires in the engine bay. I also have adjusted the shifter to comfort for the driver instead of where it used to be (pointing towards the passenger seat). The electric fuel shutoff solinoid does work but i figured while im doing everything i hooked up a mechanical one as well.

I used 2 ford clutch lines to make a line work for the clutch but i think it is leaking a little i need to check the fitting that is matting the two plastic lines if i cannot find the leak, i am going to buy a new dodge line (i finally found a site that sells jsut the line..but its 125 bucks)
