being a good sized ol'boy I just stand on a 10"x10"x18" block of wood and if I have to do anything from the underside I just lay on a 2'x8'x1/2" sheet of plywood not real comfortable but it keeps your butt dry

I know that Northerntool.com sells the Topsider creeper. Not too expensive if you are doing a lot of injectors or other topside motor work.

I stand on a stanley rolling tool box thing that i have. It is about 18" off the ground and works well. I have also stood on the bumper and have more than a few times leaned over the valve cover. The top side keeper (above) is the best thing - best of the pads.
