I'll go with a good file....I'm convinced that if I only could have one tool,it would be a file.

snap on digital torque wrench because it keeps track of torque and gives audible tone when your approaching torque
or dewalt 3/8ths drive cordless impact with lithium ion battery because it fits almost everywhere I've ever needed it and it makes things go so fast

my snap on 100 tooth ratchet saves so much time 2nd is the BFH

 

And thats why I have 2 of them.. 1 on the outside of my tool box and the back up church key on the inside!

 

I would have to say my hitachi 1/4 impact gun saves alot of time and is very strong.
