JYO4,
How did you do the radius bends on the rear bumper, press break die? It's one of the finest I've seen anywhere .

Made an underhood cup holder for my V-10 gas burner out of a drive hub bearing spacer from a big rig. Fits right where the 2nd battery would be on a cummins.

Not sure if it counts, but my brother and I made mud flap from 18 wheeler mud flaps and brackets from angle steel. Cost around 60 for everything because we bought everything new. Mud flaps are VERY thick, so very durable. I can post pics if anyone is interested.

While we were up-building my son's Cummins RamCharger, I built a hidden front-end box receiver. Transferred the bolt-holes from the bumper-mount to cardboard, had matching holes punched thru some 3/8 x 4 strap steel, built the receiver to ride right between the frame-rails (remember, the bumper-mount brackets are outboard on the rails). For access to the box, it was a simple matter of cutting a square hole thru the bumper, and hanging the license tag on a piano hinge. Also fabricated a surfboard-rack from hell out of some of the same stuff, bolted to the driver's side wheel-well inside the cab. A short-board (less than 7 feet) rides inside the cab. The factory bumper and the home-built receiver are gone, now, in favor of a custom bumper from Tactical Armour Group. It's got a built-in receiver.
