test yer air charge system you may have a leak
easy to do just go get ya a 4" rubber boot and a 4" PVC 40 schd cap....tap the cap to accept some 1/4" plumbing to include a gauge and a tire valve nipple ..............get a couple good clamps and clap the thing on yer turbo inlet and charge it up with yer air compressor.
I did this to 11 trucks during a truck rally at my shop and guess what......found leaks on every single truck including mine

You can also use a smoke machine. If you invest in one, you can use it for exhaust leaks also. Hook it up, and anywhere you see smoke, you have a leak. You could always pour some smoke in the system, then pressurize it to see if you have a leak under pressure as connectors swell up (and they do...... ALOT under boost)
