Default Storage for plastic boxes

I'm sure that I'm like you guys in having a crapload of tools in their own blown plastic boxes. Dremel, coolant system pressurizer, scantools, taps and dyes, electric power tools, body working hammers, photo tachometer, compression tester, all kinds of stuff that I don't use all the time, is expensive, and too bulky to put in my tool box. I hate having the bottom three drawers in my tool box filled up of nothing but boxes; it's a waste of tool box space, it's a pain to get them out, and an even bigger pain to stack them all up so that the drawer slides back in.

What I want is a cabinent the size of a tool box, maybe four feet wide and five feet tall, on nice casters, built really heavy duty (like a tool box), with just two doors that open up in the front, and four to six sturdy shelves that I can move up or down. Like your standard metal cabinent, only built like a tool box.

Wouldn't that be nice to store all those plastic boxes?

I'm in the same boat, but I'm to cheap to buy the box that goes on top of my hutch, freaking still paying for the rest of the box.

I pull the back seat out and I made a wooden rack that fit's in it's place with an open tray on top, second shelf has a lockable door that drops down and the third shelf is open for tool storage. Even put a little book carrier on the back that holds all the maps and atlas'. Don't have it in at the moment or I'd snap a few pics.
