I just bought an Actron 9135, code reader,eraser. $89.00 at Sears with the Craftsman discount.

I was going to go SMARTY but I want to wait and see if Marco can work out the bugs with the Auto trans. programming first. Then I will get SMARTER!

 

what "bugs" are there in the smarty? I havent had any trouble.

I will say nothing against the smarty, just hoping Marco has the chance to get it straight, I will be waiting for the fix before I buy one.

 

for a DIY mech I like my Actron 9145 it reads pretty much every code that the truck can through. But it does not read tranny codes. Pretty good price too around 290.
