Default Homemade inner front fenders?

I have a 1990 f250 in the garage now. It is pretty much stripped down. It is getting a flatbed while it is there, and I already have the whole front end apart. I was doing some thinking and I really don't want to lift it because it has a ttb axle and It is going to be my daily driver but I also want to be able to play with it a little. I know I could just hack away at the fenders for clearance, but I want everything to be covered. Anybody ever see someone make inner fenders? I just want some ideas. I think I could cut away about 4 inches of fender and fit some pretty big tires on the thing. but I don't want to start cutting until I know what I'm getting into.

I'd look at what the Bushwacker Cutout's remove for a reference... they only take 2" off the SuperDuty fenders and 2.5-3" where the front tire flexes back.. I wouldn't go 4"..

even with just that i could go from 33-35's to 37-38's with plenty of clearance.. your next problem will be rubbing on the leaf springs.
