im going to ups in the next few days to talk to them about shipping and rates i work for a company that has a ton of pallets so it wouldnt be hard to mount them on there and yes there are foglight holes you can mount d rings they do not come with it tho. i just put one on my truck will post pictures asap. it looks great mine had a few small spots where the paint chipped from when someone banged into it but i went to tractor supply and got some high gloss tractor paint for 5 bucks looks good as new
