this is a 2005 jeep liberty CRD 2.8L 4 cylinder diesel silver in color sport package 4 wheel drive 5 speed automatic aluminum wheels full size spare tire on aluminum rim. it has 132,000 miles mostly highway miles never driven off road runs great just need a bigger vehicle for family this thing gets 30 MPG not bad for a 4x4 am/fm cd player tilt cruise A/C PW,PL,PM all is in real good condition asking $9,000 or best offer. I like it, man. Not sure about the color, would need to see it. But, WILD about the diesel, of course. Any known prob's w/ those? How does the acceleration compare to the ones w/ gas engines?

 

take it back to the top not really seems to have black oil all the time because of the closed crank case ventilation system torque converter shutter but got that fixed other than that is a real nice little jeep i have gotten 30 mpg with it not sure on the acceleration because i have not driven a gas model but it will spin the wheels on dry pavement seems to have a little turbo lag but once it spools hold on.

 

Thanks man. I was just wondering in general if the diesel Liberties had any known prob's.

I would love to get another diesel. My wife keeps saying she doesn't want one and I keep telling her she does, she just doesn't know it, yet.
