Hello. I'm selling my 1997 F250 Powerstroke. Its a long bed, extended cab truck with the 7.3l powerstroke. Its only got 240k miles. Its got a new automatic transmission, new batteries, new alternator, new glow plugs, new fuel injectors, 6" Superlift kit, brand new 35" Fierce Attitude mud tires (700miles or less on them). Has a new 5" stainless exhaust, and a stainless 3" down pipe. Its quiet in the cab and throaty outside. Sliding rear window. New fuel tanks. New transfer pump. Power windows and door locks. Truck gets 18mpg around town and 22mph on the highway. The truck isn't mint or perfect, but its very clean and it starts and runs every single time and has never let me down. Its has a limited slip diff in the rear, so its very rare that 4x4 is needed. The interior is in very good shape, and the exterior is decent. I'm willing to drive to meet somebody or drive to their house, and the truck is available to check out. I'm not urgent to sell this truck because its an ***-saver when it blizzards out, but I've got 2 other diesels that I wanna put some time/money into. Accepting all offers... I'm willing to do some mingling.. ie, another car or truck plus cash or something.. but I'm really wanting cash for my other projects.

Ya I grinded some rust off and fiberglassed it then bedlined the rockers. Like I said, send offers. The quicker I get the truck gone, the quicker I've got money for the other toys.

Fyi, rusted obs strokers sell for 6-8 grand around here, so I'd say a pretty solid truck for 2grand more isn't ridiculous.

If I were on my computer right now I'd show you a half dozen other ads for 6-7 thou. Regardless, asking 2grand more on a truck with brand new $1500 tires and a relatively clean finish and frame isn't ridiculous.

 

If there are issues,with a ad just pm the guy your issue. Don't pick his add apart because he values his truck a little higher than you'd like. Regards to all, John
