In my state any scam $499 & over is a felony If you get ripped off report it to IC3, the FBI will take over

 

If I were any of you that got ripped off like this I would definitely turn it into the authorities. If you get a 'We don't care about this' from any agency make sure you keep trying different ones until you get some satisfaction!! Don't forget the suspects local sheriff either!

Here's an idea: What about all of us banding together and 'helping' with these kinds of things! What I mean is: It is usually out of your own area that this happens. Well..... since this is a national site there is a good chance that there will be some of us that are local!! I wouldn't mind going to 'talk' to a person about the proper way to treat fellow bombers!! . . . . 'Just saying' . . . .

Hopefully it gets resolved and it was no intent to defraud someone, a buddy of mines' brother is a cop up there, lives in Glen rock, I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem pulling him over everytime he leaves for work.

I noticed you posted this just 5 days after you were looking to get in touch with him, if this was sent USPS it could take 2 weeks or more, they are being cheap *** sob's right now, they will let stuff sit for a week untill they can get a full truck to ship out, evn if you pay for faster shipping it takes longer than they say and they won't guarentee it and say it was the weather. just an FYI

 

well i might have gotten took for 700 for some studs i bought he said he was going to ship them a while ago been trying to get ahold of him and he hasnt been online sence im calling paypal and starting on them right now this is crazy

update::i just filed with paypal he has 10 days to have a tracking number or the 11 day my money comes back i told them i really want my head studs but 700 is alot of money and dont want to get screwed so

 

Would it be a good idea to start a "black list" of guys who have screwed someone over more than once? I wouldn't want to see this list get abused but in cases like this it is in a sticky somewhere so these guys know that their scams wont be tolerated and other guys know who not to deal with? Just my opinion this may be helpful for guys like me who are just starting to purchase stuff through here. I hope you guys get all these issues resolved.

 

He is a member of MASON DIXON TURBO DIESEL CLUB , they have a forum and heprobably has the most posts on that site, over 800 so it might not hurt for someone to join that site to see if they can get intouch with him there, just a thought.
