Default 97 3500 4x4 5spd 155k with brand new drivetrain !!!FS/FT

I've been working on the truck for about 2 years now it's been my grand dads since new. The rundown is, 97 3500 4x4 5spd 155k original miles on the truck.
WHATS NEW:
Engine , just overhauled less then 5k ago. (kdp killed) so why not just do it all the way right? So I did parts I used and upgraded .
Polished balanced crank
Cryod rods
Stock bore marine coated pistons
Hamilton Cam With tappets
New timing cover and case
new head with 60# springs
New valves and seals
New oil pump and oil cooler
New upper and lower gaskets from enterprise engine perf.
New cam , crank, pump gear
Rebuilt p pump: balanced with 191dvs and 5x16 sticks
093 fuel lines
New 62/71/14 s300w
New fuel pump
New water pump
New fan and clutch .
New power steering and vacuum pumps and supply lines for them
New nv4500 5th gear fixed less the 10k ago
New valair dual disc 3250pp and billet input shaft
Rebuilt tcase and rear end
New u joints
New ATS diff cover
New steering components and balljoints
New radiator about 2 years old but the truck didn't run that whole time
HID lights
LED all the way around
New paint 2 weeks ago
Replacement bumpers and head ache rack
Firestone Air bags

Interior:
Dash isn't cracked seat is a little torn. it's a truck that was used so carpet is stained but can be cleaned .it's not a 4 dr but it is an ext cab.
Pioneer speakers indash DVD subwoofer
Power windows and doorlocks
And I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting so please guys feel free to ask best way to contact me is thru email which is on my phone .
Now the price well I just spent 10k on the truck so I'm looking for 14k cash or trade for something different like a rclb got to be 4x4 5spd or mild built auto and cash on your end to make it a fair deal. And of course anything that's ne'er then this still want the same but no cash on top so make me offers and let's see what we come up with.
If you offer a 2nd gen would like a flatbed single wheel don't need a dually .
The truck is located in Oregon but can travel a little ways for a good deal
And I can't post pix off my phone so it would be awsome if I can get someone to post them for me thanks again and home to be dealing soon

I think it's a bit over rated for a ranch truck and I need a single cab srw that could fit better thru my gates in tight spots ..
