I've got an S300 for sale. 63mm ETT compressor wheel, 68mm 10 blade turbine. Turbo is 100% Borg Warner parts, freshly rebuilt/rebalanced. It has the 90* 3rd gen style compressor housing and a .88 (16cm) undivided T4 turbine housing on it.

I also have a 14cm (.80) wastegated T3 turbine housing that was machined by Engineered Diesel to fit this turbo that I will include for another $500

Does the have the marmon flange on the exhaust housing or the HX40 style?

 

the T4 housing is the marmon flange, the T3 flange is HX40

Not without a little work. It mates up to a T4 opening. You would need a T3 to T4 adapter fitting. You also have to deal with the marmon fitting on the exhaust side.

This turbo is being talked about on CF. You can get them brand new for pretty cheap. I'm still waiting on how the spool up is going to be, seeing that it has a T4 turbine housing.
