98 3500 4x4 Reg Cab Auto
I am selling my 98 3500, looking to get $5000 or best CASH offer. please read the ad carefully
106k acording to the odometer, may be incorrect figure +/- 10k at most, title says incorrect mileage, needs a front timing cover gasket and a oil pan gasket, it will leak a gallon in the course of a week of normal driving, I just spent $406 on a brand new front driveshaft today, new parts within the last 5k: rebuilt alternator, serp belt, 2 new duralast professional batteries, rebuilt turbocharger cartridge, new timken unit bearing on drivers side, tie rod end, track bar, rotor & pads, rabs sensor in rear diff and a nice CD head unit, the trans is verry fresh with all new alto frictions and all updates were done, the tranny is stout but the weak link is the torque converter, it will need one at sometime in the future because the truck can overpower the lockup clutch if you really get into it. truck makes 311.2hp and 682.4 ft lbs on a dynojet btw
truck has a 10' flat bed with headache rack that is well built and it has a hoist underneath but the powerpack was swiped while the truck was in storage. it has everything but the pto needed to run the dump that way too.
this truck just costs me too much money to insure and I really want another crew cab /quad cab for the extra room. this truck will not win any beauty pagents or car shows but it is a good solid work truck that maybe someone can use,l I will have pics up tomorrow. here is the one I have on my laptop
