i have an he451ve for sale, good working order, little shaft play no more than a new turbo realy. according to the assembly number its the rarer one with the 64mm compressor wheel on it! sold the truck and no longer need it. will throw in a wastegate for the vgt contoll with it. asking $700+shipping
