So, I figured I'd see what I could do, to at least put some visibility out there, before I had to pay for a realtor. I've got orders to report to North Carolina the end of the summer, so I need to sell my house here in Indianapolis. Here's the details on it... It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house, approx 2200 sq ft. It's located on the west side of Indianapolis, almost in Avon, a few hundred feet from the Marion County/Hendricks County line. The house is located in Marion County. The house has central heat/AC, full privacy fenced back yard, 2 car attached garage, city water, electric, trash, no HOA. It's located on a quiet side street, minutes away from Plainfield and Avon, with a lot of commercial shopping right around the corner. Oreilly Raceway Park is about a 10 minute drive, and about 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. The school district is Wayne Township, which has been great for our children. I need to sell, so I'm asking $129,000 for the house, which is pretty much just going to cover what I need to pay it off and sell it. If you are looking, or know anyone who is looking, please send them this way, as I HAVE to be out from under this house by the end of summer.
