16" Chevy/GMC Dually wheels 01-10, possibly Dodge?

Chrome is peeling in the lug holes a bit, there are some gouges from improper mounting but they still look good over all.

All mounting tabs on center caps are present, I have a full set of old center caps that were molested by the "tire pro's" at major tire shop

Need a good polishing, I just cleaned them with soap and water for the pics.

Run em like they are or powdercoat them black would be sweet too.
