i have up for sale my stock wheels off my truck that i had painted black. they were the polished aluminum wheels. they can come w/ center caps but as you can see 2 of them have been cut to clear my front hubs but the rear 2 are in good shape.

well, i got a rough number for you. i won't be able to get the exact number for you till i break down the wheels and tires but going off the size and weight it would be $78 a wheel to ship.
