Default 1988 Toyota Pickup Reg Cab 2wd..

Ok.. I've had this truck for about 5 years, and I am going to miss it, but it's time for the wife to buy a new car, so I will be inheriting her current car as my DD.... Here's some specs on the toyota"
1988 Toyota Regular Cab 2wd
22r motor
4 speed manual transmission
238,xxx miles (It is still currently my DD, so it will be more than that before purchase, as I drive it about 50 miles/day round trip.
Dual AM/FM/CD player with AUX input, and 6x9" speakers in boxes behind the seats.

This truck is very reliable, and I don't hesitate to ever jump in it and drive it where ever I want. It's been to Vegas and back quite a few times, which is about 600 miles round trip, with not a single issue. The ONLY reason I am selling this truck is because I have too many vehicles, and something has to go. There are some good things about this truck, and some not so good, but I will list them here.

The Good:
Truck is mechanically sound, and I always keep up on regular maintenance.

Within the last 5k miles:
New Starter
New Starter Relay
New Brakes all the way around
Replaced both rear axle seals (had a slight leak)
Oil Changed with Amsoil 10w30 XL
All New Belts
New Tires
New Muffler and tailpipe assembly (Old one was so rusted, they couldn't perform a smog test on it.)

Within the last 10k miles:
New clutch
Transmission fluid drained and replaced with Amsoil Man. Trans fluid
Gear Lube in the rear end replaced with Amsoil Gear Lube
New radiator and fan shroud
New radiator hoses
Sr5 bucket seats were installed to replace the thrashed bench seat that came with it.
New Wiper blades
New stop light bulbs
New Headlights

The Bad:
Passenger side front fender dented (thanks to a snowplow)- Can find them in junkyards around here for $50-$100, just haven't had time to replace it.
Hood is dented on passenger side (thanks to the SAME snowplow)- Can find them in junkyards around here for $100-$150.
AC needs a recharge- Had a fitting on the compressor come loose- I've been quoted $100 or so to recharge.
Drivers side window regulator needs replaced- I already replaced it once, and it cost me about $40, but it quit working. I guess that's what I get for buying an ebay special. Aftermarket OEM style regulators run about $50-60.
Heater works, but heater controls need new clips to hold the cables in place. Clips are a proprietary dealer only item, and run about $2 each. The truck probably needs 4-5 clips to make it so the controls can be slid into the "heat" position. I never bothered because I don't drive this truck when it gets cold, since that usually means it's snowing, and that's what I have my Dodge 4x4 for. Overall, it's a great truck, but probably needs about $200-$250 worth of parts to be a PERFECT little truck. It's reliable as can be though, and will take you where ever you want to go.
Asking price is $1200 OBO, and would prefer a local sale.
