Default 2008 Duramax 3500 LTZ CC/LB/SRW lifted

As some of you know, my dad passed away last weekend. I'd love to keep his truck but the fact is I can't afford to insure it, even if I was able to buy it as a full time student.
It's got just under 50,000 miles on it. Drivetrain is all stock, I've been running Amsoil in the motor since the 2nd oil change, and had the transmission flushed with Amsoil at 15,000 miles. I've used Wix filters since the 2nd oil change and switched to Amsoil filters 3 changes ago. (Filter every 4k miles, oil every 12k.)

It has a 6" BDS lift, it was one of the first with the new BDS kit that doesn't drop the T bars and the front track width is hardly increased. It's rolling on 17" AR Teflon Mojaves with 35" Cepeks.
It's an LTZ with black leather, the only factory options missing that I know of are power extending mirrors and the touchscreen navigation system. It does have the rear seat DVD, xm, onstar, etc.
Some other mods are a spray in bedliner, all lights on harness from Mr Taillight, bushwacker pocket flares, and the light bar on the front. I will include the bar but am considering taking the lights, depending on how much I get talked down on price.
The whole exterior is shaved and blacked out, the only badges left were the blacked out letters "HD" on the doors and the bowtie on the grill, which is blacked out.

Everything has been taken care of on this truck. Its a shame after all the maintenence I've done I have to let it go, but I'll be happier without paying for insurance on a $40,000 truck at 19 years old going to school full time.

Photos are in my albums. There's not many of these out there for sale yet, so I'm going off a median between KBB and NADA. I'm not one to say all parts are worth MSRP on them, but it would take over $5,000 to make a stock truck into this one.

$37,500 OBO
