what year is this stuff for? Is the intercooler kit a conversion kit for a non-I/Ced truck?

 

its for a 90 it was a conversion for non interclooed but will also work on intercooled up to 93 on the non interclooed it came with a aftermarkit grill for his 90 cause it would not fit behind the stock one but he let it go with the truck it was a cheap tube grill but the slesman at bank said it was custom.it comes with intake and boost tubes it is the whole kit thanks
