Default B-1 Turbo

I've got a B-1 turbo I have no use for. Best I can find on specs is 62/65 14 but dont quote me on that. I bought it from my boss for $900 a couple months ago, so I would like to see that back out of it but will entertain reasonable offers. I will try and snap some pics tonight when I get home.

62/14/65 is about right for a B-1 Bomber....there are about a dozen different versions of a B-1 turbo though.

They have oversize shafts and are a very durable turbocharger.

All you newb's out there...the B-1 was the gold standard on Dodge/Cummins for about a decade, give or a take a couple years... built off Schwitzer components...

Good 'chargers.

This is supposed to be one of the very first ones built. Cross with a garrett and schwitzer, probably built by piers.

So just a nice good sized single, eh? Would it work well in a compound set up with a S400 feeding it?

it is a very nice charger but the 14 housing can sometimes make it slow to spool. it should do well with 100's or as a top charger. it was rebuilt by joe at scheid about 3000 miles ago. I personally have run it about 500 mi and just want to go a different direction with the truck. only trade I would really be interested in is an S475.

That would be a nice turbo on a VP44 truck with a set of 100's or 150's.
