I have an engine from a 95 2500. i tore it down to a short block because #6 had rust in it and i was planning on tearing it down and rebuilding it. i have ALL the parts. i want this to go as one unit no parting out. engine had 212K on it when pulled and did run. just sat and got rust in #6. I really wish i could keep this motor but i am trying to buy my buddies 24v with a cracked block so this must go.

I am looking to get $1000 obo for it. I even have the wiring harness for it. all will go. everything i got when i bought it, u will get.

i do still have it. as for pics i can get some. as stated engine is apart, short block sitting on a stand. with the rest of the parts and head sitting on a shelf. will try to get some in the next couple days.

what caused the rust on #6?? will it beed a new piston.. is the head flat?? pump and turbo come with it?? any aftermarket or non factory things done to it or on it??

 

100% factory and will need a rebuild. piston is fine. rust was from the guy before me , it sat outside, totally covered, but still got that somehow. only #6. it is down to a short block. includes everything. i have no clue if head is flat cuz if i would have got it checked it would have went on my truck. lines, pump, etc. all there.
